Go Green with My Favorite, Oh So Easy Organic Summer Salad

No Time to Cook, No Skills Either AND Its Hot?  Try My Organic Summer Salad

Those of you who follow along, know I am NO foodie. But last night for dinner I made my favorite, and oh so easy, organic summer salad and I realized I have never posted it. So here you go! Enjoy.

Here's What You Need to Impress Yourself and Your Friends

  • Organic Herb Baby Romaine Salad Mix - I like Organic Girl because even their packaging is green, they are certified USDA organic and they are chicks.
  • Cooked Organic Corn - You can usually find a good organic brand of corn in the frozen foods section of your market or you can buy and cook organic yourself.  Just remember corn is one of our most abundant GMO (genetically modified) crops in the USA so be careful and be sure to go organic.
  • Organic Herbs De Provence Organic Vinaigrette 1 Carb Per Serving - This is where it gets tricky because You MUST have this exact dressing.  I get mine at Green PolkaDot Box for just a few bucks.
Now You Just Enjoy and Always Have These Ingredients on Hand

I know you want to try this!  I cannot describe to you how light, yet flavorful, this easy peasy organic summer salad is.  Perfect for those of us who are watching our waistline but oh so easy to make into a meal for the more hearty appetite by serving with organic soup and rolls or organic chicken.

I love easy, green and delicious...don't you?

P.S.- People always ask me where I get my organic food and personal care products and I love to tell them about The Green PolkaDot Box! Backed by the Organic Consumer's Association and EnvironmentalBooty.com, you can easily buy NonGMO organic groceries, including Harvest Fresh Organic produce, at wholesale pricing online.  It's like a Sam's club but focused on products for green, healthy living! You can even shop by dietary restrictions like gluten free, vegan or diabetic and it all comes right to your front door. Enjoy! Photo Credit: Alexandra Smith
