4 Keys to a Healthy Life

What? Did you think it was going to be something you have never heard before? It is soooo simple I am constantly in awe of why folks do not just do it.
  1. Drink water - ditch almost every other drink out there and most certainly doth the high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) which is linked to heart disease and is a genetically modified (GMO) food. See more about GMO's HERE!
  2. Work Out - Those of you that work out or have worked out in the past must know the benefits you feel and it is my number one way to relax, rejuvenate and take charge of my life. You not only control your weight, you fight disease, increase endorphins which increases energy and gives you a natural high making each day awesome. It can even benefit your sex life, help you sleep better and it's just fun. Think of these benefits the next time you need to get a workout in. I would literally go insane if I did not workout 5-7 times a week. Seriously.
