Update on NY Health-Care Workers Forced Vaccination Lawsuit

From The New York Times

On Friday, a judge in New York state halted mandatory flu vaccinations for health-care workers. New York is the only state to require health-care workers to be vaccinated against the seasonal and swine flu. The restraining order came in response to a lawsuit filed by three nurses who said mandatory vaccinations violated their civil rights.

  1. I was really happy when I heard about this. I think people are starting to wake up. We can't just run and get vaccinated or medicated just because our government says so. We have a right to make our own informed decisions on issues related to our children and our health.

  2. SO nice to see you! Thanks for stopping by. I am almost speechless at the way people are running to get the Swine Flu shot and I am feeling comforted by the fact that there are some people out there on the national front working to get the word out and stop any type of forced vaccination. Take care and keep it up!! ;)
