During this Season of Compassion and Giving...Please Remember Our US Military Veterans

I have a very special place in my heart for Veterans.   When I was about 10 years old, my parents invited a couple of WWII Vets to come to our home for Thanksgiving.  The stories they told and the impression they made upon me were life changing.  I was amazed that men who had given so much, were left in their old age with so very little.  During this season of compassion and giving, I ask you to please remember our US Military Veterans.

For so many of our men and women who have served and protected us so proudly, this Thanksgiving and holiday season will be far from plentiful.  So many people have found a way to help the 130,000 homeless and hungry Veterans by supporting Feed Our Vets. I helped and you can too by visiting FeedOurVets.org today.

Living green is truly about finding the treasure in yourself, in others and in our world.  Use this holiday season to find the treasure in giving of yourself to others.  Together we can all make this world a better place.
