In 2020, many people's lives were obviously turned upside down in a myriad of ways. One way people were faced with COVID uncertainty was the increase in the number of people working from home and in the hours they worked. 

Before 2020 when someone would tell you they worked from home, chance are you were jealous. 

But when 2020 forced many employees to work-from-home whether they wanted to or not, that perceived advantage of working from home may have shifted to a real-life challenge. Many people who weren't prepared to work from home have been struck with the reality of their work-life taking over their home life too.
